Co-founder Clinical procedures · Patient interaction
Jana Ladki
Since 10th grade, I have developed a strong interest in the field of medicine, particularly in both hands-on clinical procedures and patient interaction. At school, I'm part of the medico-club and I study science subjects including mathematics, physics, chemistry, and biology, all of which I am deeply passionate about.
To further explore my interest, I participated in a two-week “Young Doctor Experience” program with InvestIN in Central London. During this program, I practiced essential clinical skills such as CPR and suturing, met and interacted with patients by taking medical histories and consultation notes, and gained insight into building a strong medical-school application through guidance on personal statements and interviews.
I also experienced simulated hospital environments, including shadowing doctors on ward rounds and working in emergency-medicine scenarios where I treated a robotic patient in a trauma setting with real-time feedback from professionals. Additionally, I learned how to take blood and practiced on prosthetic arms. Beyond this, I have completed internships and am certified in First Aid and AED use for all age groups.
